I haven't received my tickets yet, what do I do?

When you buy your tickets through the Theatre Royal Sydney website, you will receive a Confirmation Email soon after purchase. Your tickets will be sent via a separate email, regardless of the delivery method chosen.

If you have received your Confirmation Email but not your email containing your tickets, this could be because tickets are being held back from delivery until a date closer to the performance date.

Please check your Confirmation Email for further details regarding expected date tickets will be sent through.
